We make every effort to accommodate busy schedules of our students. We also work hard to keep the best teachers in the industry. In order to protect the time of our teachers, and ensure they have work, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Our policy states that if you cancel your lesson with less than 24 hours notice, you will have 7 days (168 hours) to retake the lesson before you are charged.  Please let us know in advance of cancellations to avoid being charged.
