Catering at Pizazz Ballroom is provided exclusively through three approved caterers. You choose the one whose menu you love best.

• Russo’s Catering: award-winning St. Louis caterer offering plated dinners, buffets and full-service staff, celebrating 60 years.
• Valenti’s Market & Catering: St. Peters Italian deli and caterer serving the St. Louis metro for over 85 years.
• Concetta’s Catering: family-owned Italian catering in St. Charles, crafting memorable menus since 1985.

Cake & Dessert

• Fig & Lyle’s: custom cakes and upscale desserts from historic Main Street, St. Charles.
• Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe: family-owned O’Fallon bakery specializing in custom wedding cakes and Italian treats.

DJ, Lighting & Décor

• Let’s Groove Entertainment: Cottleville-based DJ and event production: music, lighting and drape décor.

Flowers

• Cultivated Blooms: St. Charles floral studio creating refined, seasonal wedding designs.

Charcuterie

• Graze in Grace: luxe mobile charcuterie bar for cocktail hours and grazing tables.

Your First Dance

The one vendor already in the building: Dance Pizazz wedding dance lessons. Learn your first dance on the same floor where you will celebrate it, with the instructors who have taught here since 2008.
